Jennah Zegar is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She has experience working with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Jennah has experience working in residential treatment facilities serving women with substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorder concerns. She has provided Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and case management services to help individuals and families connect with the appropriate resources and supportive services. Jennah utilizes a trauma-informed approach in her work, recognizing the impact that trauma and life experiences can have on an individual. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment to foster empowerment throughout the therapeutic process. Special areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, and crisis intervention. In her free time, Jennah enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her loved ones.
