Alumni Information

After graduating, alumni of LUC's Graduate School should be aware of the following policies surrounding continued use of university resources:

LUC University Libraries Privileges: Alumni retain borrowing privileges and other special access to library resources, as delineated on the library's Services for Alumni page.

LUC Writing Center: Alumni have lifetime access to writing center resources, including tutoring online and over email. They can schedule an appointment through MyWCOnline

Access to Outlook Email and Handshake: All access ends two years after the last day of the last term enrolled as an active student, unless the alumnus enrolls in and meets requirements of the Alumni Email for Life Program, which allows alumni to retain indefinite access to their email accounts, on-campus Wi-Fi, and Handshake. 

Wi-Fi/Alumni: All access ends two years after the last day of the last term enrolled as an active student. For alumni, this is two years from your graduation date. Due to licensing issues, access to Office 365 Applications, One Drive for Business, SharePoint, and Microsoft TEAMS ends at your depature from the University. For alumni, this is your graduation date. 

LOCUS/Sakai: All access ends two years after the last day of the last term enrolled as an active student. For alumni, this is two years from your graduation date. 

LUC Alumni Relations: Networking takes place through LUC Alumni Relations. A full list of alumni privileges can be found on their website.
