Loan Program Policy Updates:

• Self-Service Renewals to extend current loans up to 7-days! We have expanded the ability for self-service renewals of loans to add an additional 7-days onto an existing loan if the equipment is not otherwise reserved. The following locations have had full workstation refreshes, with new machines available for use:

• LSC, Mundelein rooms 703, 706, 708 Mac Workstations
• WTC, School of Communications rooms 002, 003, 004, 015 Mac Workstations

We're thrilled to share that we've fully refreshed and unified all our poster printers across our 3 campuses to a new HP Z9+ model which will allow us to expand offerings including printing to both matte and glossy prints (previously only available at HSC), in addition to new options for trimming - allowing you to choose your poster to be trimmed with a border, borderless, or left as-is with potential white space (if the poster is not the maximum length of our rolls).

Our LSC printer completed final setup and install on Thu 8/22, so we will have our Poster Submission Form reflect these new feature options during the first week of the semester.

We've expanded our Button Making printing/production service to also offer circular magnets and keychains. These can be stellar ways to provide promotional items at resource fairs, welcome new members to organizations or groups, or even celebrate new roommates. Learn more about Button Making & more.
