Equipment Loan Program updates
Loan Program Policy Updates:
- WebCheckout upgraded to latest version- completed July 2026. Includes a new look for the Patron Portal with improved navigation- guides available here for Desktop and Mobile Views.

- Cameras: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera with 24-105mm f/4L II Lens + counts expanded (as 5D Mark III’s have been retired)
Computer Lab updates
Lab Updates
- 6347 Broadway room 403 is a new lab with 42 workstations
- School of Communications location updates includes a new OWL lab loan location in 002, Color Printer moved to 003, and 3 kiosk workstations in the LL hallway
- All HSC Sit-Down-Lab workstations refreshed with new Tiny-In-One PCs, and standard Loyola UVID login experiences

All PC and Mac workstations re-imaged for the latest annual suite of software applications for the academic year.

Printing updates
Printing Service Updates
- Increasing free Uniprint Dollars to $17.50/semester, or the equivalent of 250 free single-sided B&W pages, added by Campus Card on the second week of each semester after class registration closes.
