Our service locations continue to operate with plexiglass in place as a high traffic location. Hand Sanitizer and sanitizing wipes provided by the University will continue to be available at our service desks for client use. We will continue to monitor University Health & Safety messaging in the event of any adjustments or updates.

Media Production Studio - IC room 207. We begin this year offering our new Media Production Studios in AY19-20. IC room 207 serves as our video production studio. This space will be used for collaborative projects with faculty and instructors. We continue to operate with caution and best Health & Safety practices such as masking during filming, and hand and surface sanitizer available during productions.

Poster Printing pickup from IC 2nd floor Service Desk. Our Poster Printer has moved to our dedicated staff service room, IC 202. Poster pickup can be done from the IC 2nd floor Service Desk.

Vocal Booth Updates (CLC 608). We have made adjustments this year to limit reservations to no more than 2 per day, affording adequate cleaning times between use. This space previously launched in AY19-20 and is available for faculty, staff and students active in coursework. Learn more about the WTC Vocal Booth.

Digital Media Services officially begins to offer services at the Health Science Campus this academic year. This includes:

HSC Equipment Loan. This year we begin expanding the to HSC, and over the course of next academic year, we will be able to offer the comparable kits and resources as we do to our LSC and WTC locations.

HSC Poster Printing. Digital Media Services begins to oversee many aspects of poster printing at HSC, learn more about HSC Poster Printing.

SDL PCs Refreshed. In collaboration with our Desktop Services team, all SDL and CALL 254 lab locations will see PCs refreshed with new Lenovo all-in-one machines by October. We will have updated labeling on monitors for greater clarity of exact workstation names and letters. Our CALL 254 also sees some signage updates as it relates to TBS Printing.
