Plan 2020: Identity Guidelines

Primary mark

Because Plan 2020 is an internal effort within Loyola University Chicago, references to Loyola and an explanation of the plan are not needed. These marks are designed to be used as secondary elements to call attention to content related to the plan.

Tips
  • Do not let theses secondary marks impede readability or diminish overall presentation.
  • All variations of the mark employ University identity colors.
  • Use a shadow or stroke to ensure the outer rim is visible.
  • The University tagline, “Preparing People to Lead Extraordinary Lives,” may be omitted.
  • Simplify or remove the interior starburst when reproduction is a concern.

Standalone mark

This mark is self-contained; it includes references to both the plan and Loyola. Use it when communicating to external audiences when explaining Plan 2020. It also may be helpful on merchandise and apparel.
