The confirmation hearings and eventual appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court have brought up difficult to navigate emotions in many people, both for survivors of gender-based violence and those who have not experienced this type of violence. Coupled with the #MeToo movement, these recent events have created more conversation about sexual assault and harassment, including many survivors sharing their own stories.
