Jennifer Frey, Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of South Carolina, offered this year’s Newman Lecture, which invites scholars to recount their own discovery of the Catholic intellectual tradition in light of their ongoing research and thought. Professor Frey, a convert to Catholicism, will share part of her spiritual autobiography-- with special attention to Augustine, Aquinas, and John Paul II-- and provide observations on dynamic relationship between faith and culture.

This event was free and open to the public.
