Chair Duties

Committee Chair Duties
  • Serve as liaison between the committee and the HR department
  • Ensure that the charge is carried out
  • Call all meetings
  • Correspond with semifinalists
  • Serve as lead host for candidates on campus
  • Coordinate the efforts of all committee members
  • Perform all duties of regular committee
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Human Resources Department
