Description

Anti-Nepotism

Policy that prohibits favoritism, the appearance of or potential for favoritism, and conflicts of interest and loyalty often associate with nepotism.

Bereavement Leave

Establishes leave guidelines for employees who experience a death in the family.

Code of Conduct

Describes the ethical & professional standards in which the University and each community member must transact University business.

Conflict of Interest

Defines the principles and procedures to assure that individuals’ primary commitments to the university and the objective performance of their professional responsibilities are not adversely affected by external commitments and financial interests.

Drug and Alcohol Abuse

Describes the university's standards of conduct related to prescription drugs, illegal drugs and alcohol.

Licensee Code of Conduct

Long Term Disability

Overtime/Compensation

Smoke and Tobacco-Free Campus Policy

Policy prohibits use of all tobacco products and vaping (e-cigarettes) on all campus properties, including interior spaces and outdoor property or grounds controlled and/or maintained by Loyola at those campuses.
