The University offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help find solutions to issues and difficulties of daily life, and provide supportive materials designed to help you live a balanced lifestyle. This program is offered at no cost through Perspectives, Ltd., and it is available to all employees & their families. Human Resources invites you explore Perspectives Resources for Employees article, and review online materials to learn more about a variety of online and in-person health and wellness inspired support available through the EAP.

2024 Open Enrollment
The Open Enrollment period for 2024 benefit elections will take place through Employee Self-Service beginning November 1 and ending November 15, 2023. This is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits. Additionally, during the months of October and November, Human Resources will host Information Sessions and make on-campus wellness screenings and flu shots available to our faculty and staff. Are you interested in learning about Loyola's FACHEX and Tuition Exchange programs that are available for dependent children of benefits eligible full-time faculty and staff?
