Giselle Santibanez-Bania is Assistant Dean of Student Services. She assists with the general administration of the law school by providing one-on-one and group academic counseling; collaborating with career services to assist students with their professional pathways; managing and further developing the law school's orientation, professionalism, and inclusion programs; providing support to our many student organizations; and leading efforts to ensure that all members of Loyola’s community are treated with compassion and respect. She also works with our international summer programs and with the Dan K. Webb Center for Advocacy to support our competition teams.
Giselle Santibanez-Bania is a 1999 graduate of Loyola Law School. Prior to joining the law school's administrative team, she was employed in both private and public practice as a litigator, including as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General, State of Illinois. She joined the law school staff as Associate Director for Student Services in 2009, and became Assistant Dean of Student Services in 2018.
