Off-Campus Housing and Living in Chicago

Off-campus housing is the most popular choice among our students at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Many students enjoy participating in academic and social events at the law school, but enjoy living in the neighborhoods throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

The Housing Guide offers tips on searching for an apartment, transportation options, and current Loyola law student’s insight on neighborhoods and tips for living in Chicago. The Chicago Neighborhood Guide provides information on some of the popular neighborhoods students live in and average rent prices. The Biking Guide educates students on bike safety, laws and includes information on bike rental services. Additionally, the Roommate Network is offered by the JD Admission Office to assist students with finding classmates as potential roommates. The Roommate Network listing will be sent by email on a weekly basis beginning May 1, 2019.
