On-Campus Housing

Baumhart Hall is the residence hall located across the street from the Corboy Law Center. At this time Residence Life is unable to guarantee housing availability for graduate students. We anticipate more information about housing capacity becoming available toward the end of May. If you are interested in on-campus housing, you are encouraged to apply now, as space may be available in late spring.

Off-Campus Housing and Living in Chicago

Off-campus housing is the most popular choice among our students at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Many students enjoy participating in academic and social events at the law school, but enjoy living in the neighborhoods throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

  • Housing Guide offers tips on searching for an apartment, transportation options, and current Loyola law student’s insight on neighborhoods and living in Chicago.
  • Chicago Neighborhood Guide provides information on some of the popular neighborhoods students live in and average rent prices.
  • Bike Guide educates students on bike safety, laws and includes information on bike rental services.
  • Roommate Network is offered by the JD Admission Office to assist students with finding classmates as potential roommates.
