About
Taylor Kaster is an Associate Director of Career Services at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Taylor received her B.A. with honors from DePaul University in Chicago and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
During law school, Taylor worked as a judicial extern for a judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County and worked as a law clerk for a mid-sized law firm in Chicago. After law school, Taylor completed a judicial clerkship in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining Loyola, Taylor worked as an associate in small and mid-size law firms in Minneapolis and Chicago. As a practicing attorney, Taylor also volunteered as an alumni mentor for law students, assisting them with career strategy and advancement.
In her role at Loyola, Taylor is responsible for advising full-time JD students and alumni on career development, interviewing, application document review, networking and also assists and advises students on the federal judicial clerkship application process.
