PC Refresh Program

Information Technology Services (ITS) operates the PC Refresh Program to upgrade and standardize University owned computer workstations. The Refresh Program ensures that faculty and staff have up-to-date computing technology and a learning environment that allows technology-enabled work. ITS has standardized the process to enable seamless and easy replacement of computers with cost-efficient methods. 

How Often and who is eligible?

ITS currently maintains a 4-5 year replacement cycle whereby a full-time faculty or staff member is provided with a new laptop or desktop computer. Replacements are done by department as our PC Refresh Coordinator will meet with departmental liaisons and coordinate the refresh. Loyola has standardized on Lenovo PCs and Laptops. Please see our current models and configurations
