HSC IRB Approved Clinical Research Data Requests:

The metrics recorded for clinical research data requests include:

  • Total Projects by School – This is the total number of Health Sciences Campus (HSC) Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved clinical data request projects by school (SSOM, PARKS, MNSON) that were active during the quarter. This includes projects of all statuses at the end of the quarter.

Clinical Research Database (CRDB):

The metrics recorded for the CRDB include:

  • Distinct Users – This is the number of distinct users who have used the CRDB.
  • Cluster Queries – This is the number of queries the cluster has run.
  • Metric Dashboard Use – This is the number of times someone has clicked on a table or graph from the Metric Dashboard tab.
  • Patient Cohort Queries – This is the number of patient cohorts returned to CRDB users. Each patient cohort query requires multiple cluster queries.

Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap):

The metrics for REDCap are recorded separately for the Internal and External REDCap instances and include:

  • Distinct Users – This is the number of distinct users who have used the internal REDCap.
  • Production Projects – This is the number of projects with a status of “In Production.” These projects are being used for live data collection.
  • Total Projects – This is the total number of projects, regardless of status.
  • Events – This is the number of events. Each event is an action taken by a REDCap user in the project. For example, if someone creates a new record, modifies a variable value, or downloads a dataset.

Clinical Natural Language Processing (cNLP):

The metrics recorded for cNAE/cNIE include:

  • cNAE Transactions – this is the number of NLP transactions processed by the cNAE.
  • cNIE Transactions – this is the number of transactions processed by the cNIE.

 Computing Clusters:

The metrics recorded for the general high-performance computing cluster include:

  • Distinct Users – This is the number of active user accounts using the high-performance computing cluster.
  • Space Used – This is the amount of space used in the cluster in terabytes.

The metrics recorded for the high-performance GPU server include:

  • Distinct Users – This is the number of active user accounts using the GPU computing cluster.
  • Space Used – This is the amount of space used in the cluster in terabytes.

Research Computing Services (RCS) Website:

The metrics recorded for the RCS Website include:

  • Usage – this is the total number of pageviews on all of the RCS website pages.

Note: Google Analytics method changed from UA to GA4 in 2023 Q4.

Leaf:

The metrics recorded for Leaf include:

  • Total Users – This is the total number of distinct users who have used Leaf.
  • Total Queries – This is the total number of queries run in Leaf using the Loyola database.
