PCORnet COVID-19-CDM
PCORnet Covid-19 Common Data Model / Data Mart
The Patient-Center Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) has released to its Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network (PCORnet) a COVID-19-specifc common data model (COVID-19-CDM). The COVID-19-CDM initiative defines a specific set of clinical data elements relevant to COVID-19 that can be collected across the vast PCORnet network. A major goal for this resource is to serve as the basis of a large-scale, nationwide COVID-19 clinical data repository that PCORnet members can utilize in research efforts needed to address health issues related to COVID-19.
Resource available to the following users:
Use of PCORnet COVID-19-CDM is available to all Loyola University Chicago faculty.
Requests for PCORnet COVID-19-CDM data require:
- An approved Loyola University Chicago (LUC) Institutional Review Board (IRB) application for retrospective/observational study
- A completed LUC clinical data request form
