LUie Digital Assistant/Chatbot
LUie, Loyola's Digital Assistant/Chatbot, is currently being piloted to provide students and Loyola members with quick, accurate answers to common questions that otherwise would require a phone call or hunting through Loyola web sites. In Fall 2019, Loyola launched the pilot program to test an artificially intelligent digital assistant. LUie can be found as the the digital assistant at the following sites:
- LOCUS
- Office of the Bursar
- Campus Card
- Residence Life
- Academic Advising
